Before Beginning Your Application

Please complete this online application in its entirety. You will be asked to provide information about your organization, parade entry, participants, vehicles and/or floats, and your organization's description for the parade announcers and judges.

Please have the following information available:

All parade participants must register and be approved to participate.

Sponsorship Application Deadline

Paid sponsor must be received for Sponsor's Name to be included on Annual Commemorative T-shirt design.

January 6, 2027Regular $55

Parade Entry Registration

Parade Entry Registration is $55. Registrations must be received by 5:00 pm CST.

January 7 – 10, 2027Late $85

Late Registration Window

Parade registrations received after 01/06/2027 will be considered late ($85). NO registrations accepted after 01/10/2027.

Announcer Script & Narrative

Information read by television & street announcers as your entry passes the judging stand.

Please provide a brief narrative describing your organization and parade entry. Include organization's purpose, mission, and what you are presenting in the parade. (Approx. 75–125 words).

Parade Marshal Information

Each participating unit must designate at least one official Parade Marshal for safety.

Compliance with official safety regulations is mandatory for all entrants.

Waiver & Release of Liability

Legal entrant agreement and digital authorization.

OKC MLK Jr. Alliance Parade Waiver & Release

In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, the above-named entrant intends to be legally bound, waives and releases any and all OKCMLK Holiday Parade or OKC MLK Alliance sponsors, board members, staff, volunteers, and any co-sponsors or their respective representatives from any and all rights and claims for damages arising out of any accident, injuries, or illnesses suffered in this event regardless of how such may arise and even if such is caused by negligence of those parties.

Furthermore, full permission is granted to all the aforementioned to use names, photographs, videotapes, broadcasts, and any recordings of anyone participating in this event for any purposes without obligation or liability to the Alliance.

The entrant warrants that all motorized drivers carry valid state drivers' licenses and proof of vehicular liability insurance as required by Oklahoma State Law.

Typing your full legal name constitutes an electronic signature legally binding under the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
