About us
A legacy of service, built by community.
The Oklahoma City MLK Jr. Alliance is a civic organization dedicated to honoring Dr. King's life through action — scholarships, service, education, and unity.
Our story
Four decades of carrying the dream forward.
Founded by a coalition of faith, civic, and community leaders, the Alliance began with a simple conviction: that Dr. King's call to service belongs to every neighborhood, in every generation.
Today we bring that conviction to life through annual scholarships for graduating seniors, year-round service projects, educational programming, and the signature OKC MLK Day Parade and Celebration.
